He is Chief Brand & Experience Officer at Bullfrog, where he partners with ambitious companies to unlock the value of brand foundations and create community-led experiences that drive sustainable growth.

Tim has built and led creative teams at AKQA San Francisco, Ueno, Leo Burnett, SouthSouthWest and Isobar, and in-house as an embedded Head of Brand for for Linktree, and Kic during key stages of growth. He has led brand, product and experience work for Google, Levi’s, Honda, AIA and IBM - where he developed a global design system that empowered thousands of creatives and marketers worldwide.

An active voice in the industry, Tim has judged at Cannes Future Lions and the Webby Awards since 2017, with his work earning over 300 accolades and recognition in Fast Company’s Innovation by Design Awards.
