With the cost of living rising, Australians were cutting back on Pilates. A Kic survey of 3,000 people found 73% had either stopped or reduced classes due to cost, while 86% cited price as the main barrier to starting. Combined with the intimidation of studio culture, access to Pilates felt increasingly out of reach.
To break down these barriers, we launched Kic Concierge: a personalised quiz that connects people with their ideal Pilates plan in under 60 seconds. Paired with an integrated campaign that dropped Easter eggs, built social buzz and even leaked Steph Claire Smith’s number for direct community calls, Concierge showcased Kic’s diverse, accessible Pilates offering.
The impact was immediate: 90% of the monthly target hit in 48 hours, over 1 million organic views, 45,000 social engagements and a 20% quiz-to-sign-up conversion rate - helping cement Kic as the most accessible Pilates option in market.
