Linktree was founded in 2016 with a simple, straightforward solution to a problem - allowing creators around the world to effortlessly unify their digital presence. Fast forward to 2022, they’d amassed over 24 million global users, with $25 million dollars in annual revenue. But despite being a leader in the category, the brand wasn't presenting itself clearly and confidently.

With a rebrand in hand that embraced the individualism and self-expression of it's wide user base, my role was to help the team drive brand awareness and create communication consistency while improving internal processes and fostering collaboration. By defining and educating the team on systems to accelerate considered brand implementation, guiding campaigns and communications and completely evolving the internal ways of working - I was able to guide the team embrace the potential of the brand and work collaboratively as one marketing org to drive outcomes for the business.

As an embedded member in the leadership team, we demonstrated how a global category creator can show up confidently for its Linkers. From brand campaigns to CRM, product go-to-markets right through to their first conference appearance and mobile app launch, we helped Linktree lift brand equity by 20%, brand consideration by 36% and ad-recall by 271%.  Ultimately resulting in user growth of 11 million from when we began working together.
