With 15 years of high-profile creative, brand and product experience, Tim is a creative director who has built and led wildly talented teams at AKQA San Francisco, Ueno, Leo Burnett, SouthSouthWest and Isobar and in-house as an embedded Creative Director for Linktree, and Kic. Not only has he judged Cannes Future Lions and Webby Awards, his own track record for effectiveness, innovation and craft has been recognised with over 300 industry accolades - including his work with IBM featuring in Fast Company’s Innovation by Design Awards.
Driven by a desire to bridge the divide between brand and product, he's motivated to apply his experience to young, scaling companies, helping them unlock the value of brand foundations and design systems to drive unique experiences and organisational success.
