Openpay aims to take the pressure off busy Australians by giving them more time to pay for purchases; offering ‘buy now, zero interest, more time to pay’. We positioned OpenPay not as a fintech startup, but as a personal finance management tool – supportive, approachable and authentic. While other brands in this emerging sector seek to simply drive spending, Openpay takes a longer term view; encouraging customers to feel in control of their decisions, enabling them to shop with confidence.

Spending and managing your money online can often feel complex, with user experiences that are notoriously convoluted. Openpay is anything but. Through an agile design approach we translated complex data and financial variables to present an actionable and personalised experience.
